2024 Design Awards
The Trust is inviting applications from architects, landscape architects, designers or building owners for the 14th Design Awards.
Entries should be made under one of the following categories:
1. New buildings of any size, use or type
2. Restoration, repair or alteration of existing buildings
3. Public art, signs & shop fronts
4. Landscape works including hard & soft, street furniture and lighting
5. Schemes that satisfy the criteria above, but also make a significant contribution to sustainability in terms of energy conservation and/or reduced carbon footprint.
Awards are made for schemes which display a high standard of design, make a lasting contribution to the City of Winchester and demonstrate a positive understanding of the character of the surroundings.
The closing date for entries is Friday 28 June 2024.
Judging will take place during the summer. This year’s judging panel is chaired by Sasha Bhavan of Knox Bhavan Architects. The awards will be presented at a special event in late 2024 or early 2025.
