In order to Gift Aid your payment, you must tick the small tick box to the left of the declaration below and then complete the form before clicking on the orange button at the bottom of the form labelled ‘Proceed to payment.’

I wish to Gift Aid this payment and any payments I make in the future or have made in the past 4 years to The City of Winchester Trust. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I will notify the Trust if I want to cancel this declaration, change my name or home address or no longer pay sufficient tax on my income and/or capital gains. If I pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to me, I will include all my Gift Aid payments on my Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust my tax code.
